Job summary

Magna Cosma International in Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to maintain, design, develop and continuously improve our equipment for quality parts production. The role includes rotating shifts (days, afternoons, midnights) with premiums and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities cover interpreting drawings, installing and testing tooling, preventative maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet KPIs on safety, quality, and productivity.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications of tools, dies, prototypes or models.
• Builds, services, maintains, repairs, installs and tests new or existing equipment or tooling, and verifies conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshooting of process problems and completes quality improvements as required to maintain part standards of quality.
