Qualifications

• Proven millwright trade certification with several years of experience.
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics and maintenance manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and machinery alignment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair stationary industrial machinery and systems.
• Read diagrams and determine work procedures; use rigging for heavy parts.
• Align gears, shafts, motors and belts to tight tolerances; test and adjust equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor conditions (vibration, etc.).
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC controls; assist with welding as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervise safety and quality adherence.
