Job summary

Jamesway Chick Master Incubator Company Inc. in Cambridge, ON is seeking a Maintenance Millwright for onsite duties. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm with an annual salary between 80k and 85k.

Reports to the Maintenance – Technical Support Supervisor and will coordinate with outside contractors as needed. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, equipment repair, CNC programming changes, fabrication, and inventory management, with opportunity to contribute to facility and machine

Qualifications

• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Good time management skills with the ability to adapt as required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to safely operate a crane; lift truck and articulating boom truck.
• Ability to work at heights if required.
• Conscientious towards Health & Safety.
• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (Red Seal – Interprovincial License Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Industrial Millwright
• Lift Truck, Crane and Articulation Boom Certification
• Fall Arrest Certification

Position Description & Scope

The Maintenance Millwright is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of all production equipment. They will have the opportunity to coordinate and work with outside contractors when necessary for the maintenance and upkeep of facility and machine related items.
