Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking an experienced Millwright in Windsor, Ontario to support installation, maintenance and repair of equipment on the shop floor. The role emphasizes safe, reliable operation to sustain continuous production and minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Production teams, read mechanical drawings, plan preventative maintenance, and support equipment installations and upgrades with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed industrial Millwright certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proven problem-solving skills.

SyBridge Technologies is seeking an experienced Millwright to support equipment installation, maintenance, and repair within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures machinery and mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely to support production operations.

The Millwright works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install,maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshooting
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
• Support equipment installation and upgrades

Required Qualifications
