Job Title: DLP Platform Migration Specialist

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in DLP control ruleset management and implementation.
• Proven experience with DLP platform migration or similar large-scale IT security migrations.
• Familiarity with managing DLP platforms (e.g. Forcepoint, McAfee, Digital Client, etc.) and cloud-based DLP solutions.
• Strong understanding of data security and data protection best practices.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with DLP control ruleset creation, modification, and migration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize DLP control rulesets to minimize disruptions while ensuring maximum data protection.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, detect security risks, and optimize security control rulesets.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation tools for DLP control ruleset management (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based DLP solutions and integrations (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of advanced data leakage prevention techniques like content inspection, behavioural analysis, and machine learning-based detection.
