Mid Market Account Executive - French Fluent

About the role:

This is a dynamic, high-energy role where you will bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers, building Samsara's business and bringing the benefits of sensor data to customers. Typical sales will be $20k to $100k, involving POCs, multiple stakeholders, managing trials, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs.

In this role you will:

  • Work on strategic account mapping & outbound prospecting.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of internal/cross-functional stakeholders to remove deal blockers.
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.

Minimum requirements for this role:

  • 18+ months experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue.

An ideal candidate has:

  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience selling in the midmarket space - medium to large deal sizes.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to collaborate.

Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy: Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation that is at or above market.

We pay for performance, and top performers may receive above-market equity refresh awards.

Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position is $159,000 — $174,900 CAD.
