We’re now hiring our first commission-based Business Development Executive (BDE) to help scale our presence across North America. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a real upside.

The Role

As a business development executive, you’ll be responsible for selling our AI voice assistant to small and mid-sized businesses. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and demos to closing deals.

This is a remote, commission-only role — ideal for someone who’s confident, self-motivated, and excited about emerging AI technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and reach out to B2B prospects (DM, email, cold outreach)
  • Deliver engaging virtual product demos
  • Close deals and transition clients to onboarding
  • Gather client feedback to improve product-market fit
  • Track and report performance metrics (optional tools available)
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
  • 6–12 months experience in sales (SaaS, IT, digital services, or related)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Availability in North American time zones (PST/EST)
  • A self-starter mindset — you like freedom and live for results
  • Confidence on camera + enthusiasm for tech and AI
  • (Bonus) Experience using CRMs, LinkedIn, Instagram outreach
Compensation
  • 10% commission on all closed deals via company leads
  • 20% commission on self-sourced clients
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Milestone bonus after your first 10 closed clients
  • 14-day commission payout cycle
