Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Structures Design Integration Engineer to lead significant airframe work packages from concept through detail design and certification support. You will drive structural definition across metallic and composite primary and secondary structures, balancing load paths, weight, producibility and cost.

You will coordinate with stress, M&P, systems, aerodynamics, interiors and manufacturing to ensure design maturity and program success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace engineering experience focused on airframe structural design and integration.
• Strong understanding of metallic and composite structures, GD&T and fasteners.
• Experience with airframe manufacturing methods and certification fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural definition for airframe zones, creating 3D CAD models and drawings.
• Coordinate with stress, materials, systems, aerodynamics and manufacturing engenharia.
• Manage design maturity, reviews, and change notices across the program.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional alignment during reviews.
