SEGULA Technologies in Montreal is seeking a Senior Structures Design Integration Engineer to provide technical leadership across airframe design programs. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams from concept to certification, driving structural efficiency and maintainability.

You will apply advanced design practices, mentor engineers, and manage changes in a PLM environment to support airworthiness certification and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural engineering or related field.
• 10–15+ years of aerospace engineering experience in 3D airframe design and integration.
• Deep knowledge of aircraft structural design, joints, GD&T, and materials.
• Proficiency with PLM environments and engineering change management.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop, evaluate, and approve structural concepts, 3D CAD models, layouts, and drawings.
• Define metallic and composite parts, joints, interfaces, fasteners, and GD&T.
• Optimize load paths, weight, manufacturability, and inspectability.
• Lead spatial interface integration across structural, mechanical, and electrical domains.
• Coordinate across stress analysis, M&P, systems installation, and manufacturing.
• Present design maturity and risk mitigations in reviews.
• Provide traceable design packages for airworthiness certification.
• Lead root-cause analyses for non-conformances and supplier issues.
• Manage changes and configuration control in PLM.
• Mentor engineers and advance engineering standards.
