We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with strong AD, Entra and MIM to support a growing number of services for one of the global leaders in Life Sciences technologies. This role is 100% remote, from anywhere in the Eastern Time zone – 50% Op’s and 50% Projects.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client is a global leader in science and technology, providing a breadth of expertise and solutions to customers worldwide. Working as an experienced Identity Specialist, you will be supporting a critical initiative focused on enterprise identity and access management. This role will be instrumental in strengthening and streamlining our identity infrastructure, with an emphasis on Active Directory, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Identity Manager.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and maintaining enterprise Active Directory environments
• Supporting and optimizing Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) configurations and policies
• Administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) workflows, sync rules, and custom policies
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless identity lifecycle management
• Contributing to ongoing IAM strategy and policy development
• Providing expertise on identity provisioning, federation, and access governance

ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle, role-based access control, and authentication protocols
• Experience working in enterprise or hybrid cloud environments
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred
• Exceptional written and spoken communication
