Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead Developer for a hybrid role (3 days onsite).

You will lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services to meet business needs. You will work closely with business users and stakeholders, guide architecture and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and drive iterative Agile development to ensure robust, scalable results.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Azure services.
• Strong Power Apps, Power Automate, and architecture/design experience.
• Proven skills in GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Develop Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integrate with Azure services.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Participate in Agile development processes.
