You will build Power Apps, create Power Automate flows, implement business rules, and deploy using Azure DevOps, ensuring stable, scalable ERP integrations across environments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and thrives in enterprise ERP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Experience working in enterprise or global ERP environments.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Build Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven) integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Develop Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and ERP automation.
• Implement business rules, validations, and workflow automation.
• Perform analysis and effort estimates for development tasks and projects.
• Coordinate and test interfaces with external systems.
• Identify and resolve system issues to optimize performance.
• Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines and managed solutions.
• Develop and extend AL extensions for Business Central.

Job Description

Role: Microsoft Developer

Job Summary: As a member of the IKO ERP Development team, the Microsoft Developer will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using X++ in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, as well as extensions in Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role involves analysis, coding, debugging, and supporting the global instances of both Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central.

The position requires a strong understanding of both the project lifecycle and the software development lifecycle. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional technology teams, Business Analysts, end users, and IT project leadership to ensure that key business requirements are delivered on time and with high quality.

Compensation: $84k - $97k

This salary range applies to roles based in Canada and is provided in accordance with local pay transparency requirements.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• Building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
• Develop Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and ERP automation.
• Implement business rules, validations, and workflow automation.
• Perform analysis and effort estimates for the development tasks and projects.
• Coordination and testing of interfaces with external systems.
• Identify and resolve system issues to optimize performance.
• Monitor and respond to development requests and issues logged onto the Service Desk.
• Coordinate with the external vendors for logging and reporting issues.
• Manage extension deployment across sandbox and production environments.
• Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines and managed solutions.
• Create and extendForms, Tables, Data Entities, and Reports (SSRS).
• Develop and maintain AL extensions for Business Central.
• Support integrations usingOData, REST APIs, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Develop extensions following Microsoft best practices (no over-layering).
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and existing systems
• Develop and configure D365 BC/F&O applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and support Jet Reports for BI and data analytics
• Collaborate with functional teams to implement stable and scalable solutions.
• Review of requirements and development proposals

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Experience working in enterprise or global ERP environments.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations.
