IKO Industries is seeking a Senior Manager for Microsoft ERP (BC and Dynamics F&O) to join its Global IT ERP leadership team in Mississauga, Ontario. You will partner with business owners, analysts and IT leaders to shape ERP strategy and ensure robust application support.

Expect to lead a team of internal and external resources, drive enterprise technology roadmaps, and coordinate with global sites. This role involves occasional travel to Europe and across North America.

Job Summary: The Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail oriented and customer focused Senior Manager (Microsoft ERP - BC and Dynamics F&O) to join our growing team. The Senior Manager will be part of the ERP global project leadership team and work closely with Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, development team and IT Management to ensure the application support meets key success criteria

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will manage a team consisting of internal and external resources. The role will work directly with business executives, IS/IT leadership team to define long-term enterprise technology strategies and roadmap. The role reports to the Director, Global ERP. The role will be based out of Mississauga, Ontario and will require some to Europe and across sites in North America.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools on a limited basis to assist in initial assessment, identification, and review of candidates.
