What You’ll Be Doing

Under the guidance of the Director, IT, and in collaboration with the IT team, you will lead planning and implementation of Microsoft 365 features to support digital transformation and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Administer and configure Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Platform).
• Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor and optimize performance, troubleshoot issues.
• Develop release cadences for features, manage deployments, and coordinate with teams.
• Draft communication materials and facilitate user training for new features.
• Support change management initiatives and measure release success.
• Create user support materials like FAQs and tutorials.
• Organize training sessions and workshops with internal teams.
• Engage with partners on process changes and strategic planning.
• Commit to ongoing learning about Indigenous cultural safety and anti-racism.

Educational & Skills Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and change management.
• Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., Enterprise Administrator Expert) is preferred.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., SysAid), project management, documentation, and change management principles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of Indigenous issues and anti-racism practices is an asset.
