Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Manager, 5G Home Internet Customer Base Management and Marketing to drive customer engagement, retention and revenue growth for 5G Home Internet Base. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to maximize customer lifetime value by leveraging analytics, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns. What you’ll do:

1. Develop and implement data-driven customer base management strategies to improve retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
2. Lead customer segmentation and targeting efforts to create personalized marketing campaigns.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and channels to drive customer engagement initiatives.
4. Analyze customer data and key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
5. Optimize lifecycle marketing programs, including end-of-promotion renewal, upselling, cross-selling strategies.
6. Work closely with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
7. Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective marketing execution and maximize ROI.
8. Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer marketing strategies.

What you bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in customer base management, lifecycle marketing, CRM or a related field.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
4. Experience with customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and campaign automation tools.
5. Proven ability to develop and execute base management strategies.
6. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM processes, and data visualization platforms.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

1. Experience in telecommunications, subscription-based services, or similar industry.
2. Experience working with digital marketing channels, including email, and in-app messaging.
