Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Methods Agent focused on innovation and project management at the Dorval Plant in Canada. You will lead improvement initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive the development of new processes and manufacturing methods.

The role requires a DEC in Aeronautics or related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with CATIA V5, SAP, and MS Office. Hybrid work arrangements are available where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and product development projects.
• Act as change agent in implementing new solutions.
• Coordinate strategic and development projects and monitor action plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Programs, Materials Logistics, Quality, and Production teams.
• Plan and facilitate governance meetings with key stakeholders.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project documentation and reporting to provide visibility into project health and performance.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address challenges.
• Define project requirements, specifications, and technical parameters.
• Analyze proposals from suppliers and partners.
• Develop detailed action plans and schedules.

How to thrive in this role?

• College diploma (DEC) in Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong teamwork skills, autonomy, sound judgment, and perseverance.
• Proficient in spoken and written French; English is considered an asset.
