Job summary

7-Eleven in North America is seeking a merchandising support analyst to assist Category Managers with item issue troubleshooting and new item setups. You will maintain department categories and product assortments while staying up to date with applicable regulations.

The role requires an Associates/2 Year degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, plus strong MS Office, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates/2 Yr Degree.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership abilities.
• Organized with strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assists Category Managers and Category Support on troubleshooting and resolving item issues
• Review documentation and set up of new items both internally and externally
• Maintaining store and departmental item categories, including product assortment
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable governmental rules and regulations
• Completes departmental reports and other duties, including special projects as assigned by Management
• Participates and contributes to cross functional meetings, providing guidance and expertise.
• Training new team members in systems and processes

Provides day-to-day analysts support to merchandising category management team, working with internal systems to process new items, cost support, promotion setups.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists Category Managers and Category Support on troubleshooting and resolving item issues

Pay: $17.00 -$29.50 Hourly
