Job summary

7-Eleven, a global convenience retailer, is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support the merchandising category management team from remote Alberta. You will process new items, assist with cost support, and set up promotions, ensuring accurate data and timely execution.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting item issues with Category Managers, reviewing documentation, maintaining product categories, and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates/2 Year Degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with category management or item setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists Category Managers and Category Support on troubleshooting and resolving item issues
• Review documentation and set up of new items both internally and externally
• Maintaining store and departmental item categories, including product assortment
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable governmental rules and regulations
• Completes departmental reports and other duties, including special projects as assigned by Management
• Participates and contributes to cross functional meetings, providing guidance and expertise.
• Training new team members in systems and processes

This position is open to remote employees in Alberta, with a preference for candidates based in Calgary.
