Responsibilities

• Supervise Merchandising Associates in merchandising and planograms.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; manage performance.
• Collaborate with store leaders to execute merchandising strategies and resets.
• Direct stocking, pricing changes, signing, and displays.
• Ensure POP materials and signage are correctly set to planograms.
• Use store systems to access merchandising reports.
