Qualifications

• Minimum retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and daily activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies, safety guidelines, and store standards.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and team.
• Assist Store Manager with duties as assigned.
• Process receipts/returns of merchandise, manage freight flow, stock needs (including frozen & refrigerated).
• Ensure sales floor is sales-effective and merchandise with power panels and clip strips.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners.
