  • Partner with the VP of Merchandising and Senior Product Manager to maintain line plans and hit SKU count, pricing, forecasting, and margin goals

  • Support the seasonal catalogue process — contributing product details, proofreading, and ensuring accuracy throughout

  • Maintain customer product portals and merchandising platforms, plus the selling tools used for inventory and sample management

  • Help prepare seasonal presentations, customer assortments, and business reviews

  • Use AI to support forecasting, reporting, presentation development, data analysis, and operational planning

  • Spot opportunities for process improvement and help bring innovative solutions to life

Sales Support
  • Contribute to regional sales strategy, including sales analysis and business segmentation

  • Support seasonal and annual fiscal target planning — gross sales, purchased margins, gross profit, and inventory objectives

  • Track customer purchase order schedules to help keep monthly budgets and targets on pace

  • Monitor sales rep progress throughout the season

  • Help prepare and deliver sales presentations, business reviews, product launches, and seasonal meetings

  • Support customer engagement with accurate product information and business insights

  • Identify ways to improve process, communication, and collaboration across teams, customers, and reps
