Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking an independent contractor Merchandiser to work at a retail location in Summerside. You will manage displays, stock shelves per planogram, and update pricing while maintaining strong store relationships.

This role offers independence, a flexible schedule, and competitive compensation at $19/hour. You will travel to stores within the region, lift up to 45 lbs, stand for long periods, and submit daily reports.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Maintain appealing product displays per planogram.
• Move products from storage to displays and stock displays.
• Update seasonal displays and pricing.
• Place product orders.
• Execute account initiatives such as end caps and marketing programs.
• Collaborate with store personnel to spot opportunities for value.
• Provide merchandising support: shelves, planograms, OOS corrections, freshness.
• Submit daily reporting.

About the Position

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 12 hours per week on weekdays!

Starting Rate: $19/HR

Job Status: Open Position

Responsibilities

• Making our packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
• Bringing products from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
• Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
• Placing product orders
• Executing account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

Position Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Able to maintain a professional demeanour with the public and store personnel when performing duties
• Detail oriented and extremely organized
• Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environmentAble to lift up to 45 lbs
• Able to stand for several hours on a continuous basis
