Job summary

Match Retail is seeking a Merchandiser in Slave Lake, AB to manage in-store presence for Nespresso products. This role offers 1–2 hours per month on a flexible schedule and an Independent Contractor status.

You will install signage, update displays, stock machines, and report back with store-level insights to help ensure brand standards are met across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car is required.
• Strong customer focus with ability to convey brand messages and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self-manage remotely.
• Access to a smartphone with data to upload photos and fill reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

About the Role

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.
