Job summary

Match Retail in Pincher Creek, AB is seeking a flexible Independent Contractor to manage in-store merchandising for Nespresso products. You will ensure shelf presence, install signage, stock machines, and provide detailed store visit reports.

This is an IC role with autonomy and variable hours tailored to store activity. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable car, and the ability to self-manage remotely while maintaining strong customer focus and timely reporting

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage per national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to maintain assortment and minimize stockouts.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting with action items and recommendations after each visit.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned stores.

About The Role

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
