Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in New Glasgow, NS is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, and support promotions across participating retailers in Canada.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service and work well independently.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Pepsi products on shelves, racks, coolers and displays.
• Support store promotions by keeping shelves filled and displays optimized.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams for top-quality servicing.
• Maintain back-room stock in neat, orderly condition.
• Rotate out expired products to ensure product freshness.

Schedule: Part-Time, Open Availability

Location: New Glascow/Truro, NS

Compensation: $20.35/Hr

Responsibilities

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
• Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
• Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Rotating out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.

Qualifications

• You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
• You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and haveaccess to your own vehicle.
• You’re physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
• You enjoy working independently and are self‑motivated.
• You have excellent time management skills

Additional skills you may have (not required, these are assets)

• Prior merchandising or customer service experience
• Previous grocery store experience
