Job summary

PepsiCo in Canada is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to help get our famous brands to customers across New Glasgow and beyond. You will work in stores, stocking shelves, setting displays and supporting promotions.

The role fits students or those who like fieldwork; independence and strong organizational skills are valued. You’ll join a team that values safety, reliability, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with access to your own vehicle.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Pepsi products on store shelves, racks, coolers and displays.
• Support execution of store promotions by ensuring shelves are filled and materials are visible.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams for top-quality servicing of Pepsi accounts.
• Maintain back-room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Rotate out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment.

Qualifications

• You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
• You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle.
• You’re physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
• You enjoy working independently and are self-motivated.
• You have excellent time management skills

• Prior merchandising or customer service experience
• Previous grocery store experience
