Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to help bring our brands to customers across Canada. This role suits ambitious individuals who enjoy field work, independence, and customer interaction. You’ll work as part of a team, maintaining shelves, displays, and promotional materials while reporting to Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams.

The position offers part-time hours and compensation of $22.70 per hour. Candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and driving.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and working with the public.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Pepsi products on shelves, racks, coolers and displays.
• Support execution of store promotions by ensuring shelves are stocked and materials are visible.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Reps and Delivery teams to service Pepsi accounts.
• Maintain back-room stock in neat, orderly condition.
• Rotate expired products to ensure freshness.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
• Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
• Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Rotating out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.

Qualifications

• You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
• Students welcome to apply.
• You hold a valid Class G driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle.
• You’re physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
• You enjoy working independently and are self-motivated.
• You have excellent time management skills

Additional skills you may have (not required, these are assets)

• Prior merchandising or customer service experience
• Previous grocery store experience
