Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is hiring for a store associate responsible for merchandising, receiving, and customer service. You will organize backroom inventory, manage product placement and displays, and assist with customer needs while upholding store standards.

The role requires flexible shifts, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A local Associate-Owner environment is highlighted, with opportunities to learn through Academy.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, judge and make sound decisions on the sales floor.
• Efficient, organized and neat workspace.
• Able to cope with changing situations on the sales floor.
• Accurate and efficient cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes.
• Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Be expert in inventory, placement and expiry dates.
• Maintain store image and consumer-friendly displays.
• Ensure proper backroom organization and documentation.
• Support Front Store Manager in maintaining quality standards.
