Job summary

M30 Retail Services, Inc. is recruiting a Temporary Overnight Merchandiser for an overnight project in Thunder Bay, ON. You will merchandise shelves, build displays, perform general labour, and work to planograms while handling physical tasks during the night shift.

Location: ON-Thunder Bay. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday nights, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM; project dates ASAP to November 13, 2026. Prior retail or merchandising experience is beneficial; safety training must be current.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in grocery or hardware preferred.
• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Planogram or blue print understanding preferred.
• Fluent in English, reliable and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms in retail stores.
• Assist with store renovations.
• General labour as required.
• Physical: lifting up to 25 kg; night shift.

We are actively recruiting 1 temporary merchandiser(s) for an overnight project in ON - Thunder Bay . You would be merchandising shelves, building displays, doing physical work, and general labour.

• Location: ON - Thunder Bay
• Project Dates: ASAP - November 13th 2026
• Availability: Sunday - Thursday night, ending Friday morning, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM – times may change

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing Planograms in retail stores
• Assist with renovation of store section
• General labour as required
• Physical requirements: Lifting up to 25 kg, on feet for entire shift

Successful Candidate Qualifications:

• Retail experience considered an asset (grocery/hardware is preferred)
• Merchandising experience preferred
• Planogram or blue print comprehension is preferred
• Positive attitude, reliable, good communicator and fluent in English
• Safety Certification required: OWSA - Employee, WHMIS - within the last 12 months / SIMDUT - au cours des 12 derniers mois - Provided by employee and must be worn nightly.
• Reliable way to get to the location (transit will be limited due to nights)
