Job summary

M30 Retail Services Inc. is seeking temporary General Labourers for a store renovation project in Thunder Bay, ON. The role is physically demanding, involving moving fixtures, stocking product, cleaning areas, and assisting with installation tasks.

Shifts run Sunday to Thursday, overnight 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, up to 40 hours per week, with $20/hour plus vacation pay. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and have basic English communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for frontline communication.
• Physical ability to perform labour tasks in a store setting.
• WHMIS certificate must be completed prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Move and adjust shelving, tables and fixtures in a big-box store.
• Stock or package product for shipment.
• Dispose of construction material and clean store sections.
• Assist with general labour tasks as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet during shifts.

$20/hour - General Labourer- Temporary project - Overnights

We are actively recruiting4 temporary labourer(s) for a store renovation project. This job is very physically demanding. You would be assisting in moving store fixtures and product, disposing of construction material, cleaning store sections, adjusting shelf heights and other general labour tasks as required.

• Rate:$20/hour + vacation pay
• Location: ON - Thunder Bay
• Project Dates: ASAP - November 13th 2026
• Availability: Sunday - Thursday, 1030pm - 7am
• Hours per week: Up to 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Moving and adjusting shelving/tables/racking in a big-box store
• Stocking or packaging product for shipment
• Disposing of construction material
• Cleaning store sections
• Other general labourtasksas required
• Physical requirements: Lifting up to 50lbs, on feet for entire shift.

Successful Candidate Qualifications:

• Retail experience is considered an asset;
• Ability to put together fixtures/displays and furniture is an asset
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, remain on feet for entire shiftand work in a physically demanding position.
• Positive attitude, reliable, good communicator and fluent in English
• PPE required: CSA Approved Safety footwear,Work Gloves, Hard Hat, Safety Vest and Protective Eyewear
• Completion of WHMIS certificate (Mustbe completed prior to starting)
