Match Retail is recruiting for an in-store Merchandiser to support Nespresso displays across Canada. The role involves visiting stores, installing signage, stocking capsules, and reporting on each visit.

You will ensure shelf presence and brand adherence while representing Nespresso in multiple retail locations. This independent contractor position offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible hours, with remote self-management and the autonomy of an IC role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
• Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self‑manage remotely.
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).

Responsabilités

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
