Job summary

Match Retail is seeking an Independent Contractor to support our merchandising team across Canada. The role involves visiting stores to maintain shelf presence, install signage, and ensure brand standards for Nespresso products are followed.

You will report on each visit, manage stock, and act as a brand ambassador in assigned locations. Requires a valid driver’s license, car access, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs in POS locations.
• Install and tear down promotional signage per national plan.
• Maintain negotiated footprint in stores.
• Manage store stock to minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update capsule sampler packs and coffee supplies for tastings.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize Nespresso area including machines and tasting station.
• Provide reporting and recommendations for each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Act as Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in assigned stores.

Location: Dauphin, AB

Schedule: 1 - 2 hr/month

Salary: 30$/hr

About the Role

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required

• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports
