The role supports store standards, safety policies and loss prevention while working flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Candidate should be detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated and capable of handling cash responsibilities with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with planning, judgement and decision making on the sales floor.
• Strong organizational skills and neatness.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions on the sales floor.
• Cash handling accuracy and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes.
• Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Returns as directed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product expiry dates.
• Keep store image aligned with standards and display attractive, consumer-friendly layouts.
• Ensure displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'.
• Receive merchandise and maintain an organized backroom.
• Document receiving and returns properly.
