Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in project management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Product Development and Validation teams to understand testing requirements.
• Coordinate battery pack and cell testing activities to support product development objectives.
• Work with test requestors to improve the quality, completeness, and timing of test requests.
• Develop and maintain test schedules and capacity forecasts aligned with testing plans and milestones.
• Optimize utilization of testing resources, including test channels, equipment, and laboratory capacity.
• Monitor testing progress, throughput, equipment utilization, and issue resolution.
• Identify and mitigate project and operational risks that may impact testing schedules or deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and develop recovery plans.
• Capture and implement lessons learned to improve testing processes and project execution.
• Provide regular reporting on test status, resource utilization, and key performance metrics.
• Escalate critical issues and risks to management as required.
• 5 years'experience in project management or related engineering field.

Job Description:

This role is critical to the successful operation of ensuring battery testing activities are planned, prioritized, and executed efficiently to support product development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
