Job summary

Jacent is the leading cross-merchandising impulse product company in North America. We’re looking for self-motivated merchandisers to join our team in Spruce Grove, Canada.

In this role you’ll place products, build displays, and collaborate with in-store personnel across 17,000+ stores, delivering engaging shopping experiences for customers. Expect daytime hours, a predictable schedule, paid training, a company device, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a team.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation, including standing/walking 3–8 hrs and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 kms of Spruce Grove.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Building retail displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
