Leading Change and Streamlining Success

As the Merchandise Manager- ERP, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of a specific merchandising category within the Dynamics 365 ERP system. Led by the Director, Enterprise Resource Planning - Merchandise, this opportunity will best suit someone who has a strong understanding of the assigned merchandising category, including processes, systems, and business objectives.

  • Implement change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption with the ability to communicate your message at all levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, supply chain, finance, and business teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes, including data cleansing and construction.
  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Take responsibility for the work stream and ensuring successful completion for their Category Specific area (Project Plan, Data, Requirements, Fit/Gap, Change, Training, etc.).
  • Partner with the Director to implement ERP strategies that meet category-specific goals and KPIs.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Certifications in ERP systems, project management (PMP), or change management (PROSCI) would be considered an asset.
  • Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the role, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve excellence.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Encourage a culture of curiosity and openness to new ideas, fostering a growth mindset within the team.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to review and transform data when required.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, translating complex ERP concepts into actionable steps for teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) relevant to merchandising, with the ability to optimize tools and processes within your scope.
  • An understanding of internal and external customer needs and the ability to design processes that enhance customer satisfaction, always keeping the Dealer impact top of mind.
  • Remain flexible and responsive to shifting priorities, balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term initiatives in your area.
  • Ability to manage category-level deliverables, meet milestones, and ensure high-quality execution while aligning with overall project goals.
  • The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
