Under store management, you will receive and check merchandise, keep the backstore organized, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting busy periods and holidays as needed.

• Receiving and checking merchandise and keeping the backstore organized.
• Labeling merchandise with correct prices and preparing products for transfer to other stores or distribution Center.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

In Your Role, You Will Need To

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifying any potential errors;


• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;


• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;


• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;


• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;


• Provide excellent customer service;


• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);


• Perform other duties where needed to support the team
