Job summary

Broccolini is seeking an MEP Assistant Project Manager for a construction project in Canada. The role covers MEP scope ownership, client liaison, budget, schedule, safety and profitability, with autonomy under supervision.

The position involves coordinating with Site Superintendent, MEP Director, and Estimation teams, supervising coordinators, and participating in commissioning and close-out activities. English fluency is required; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• English fluency required; French is an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience as MEP Project Coordinator or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update MEP components of the project schedule.
• Assist in budget preparation, subtrade billings, and PO management.
• Support change orders and forecast project budget.
• Coordinate MEP scopes of work and tender analyses.
• Lead design/construction meetings and weekly site tours.
