About The Position

MindSeed is seeking Couples Therapists to provide Individual and Couples Psychotherapy.

Applicants must be registered in Ontario as a psychotherapist, psychologist or social worker. Both part-time and full time hours are available. Please note this is an independent contractor position.

Position Description

• Deliver Individual & Couples Psychotherapy
• Prepare reports and maintain client records as required by your respective college/association
• Remote in Ontario
• Flexible daytime and/or evening hours, part time to full time.

Required

• Minimum 3-5 years experience providing Couples Therapy.
• Registered in good standing with your respective College.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Have flexibility in work hours/days of the week.
• Looking to become part of a larger multimodal trauma-informed therapy team.
• Experience working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, self-harm, suicidality, disordered eating, anger management, issues related to sex, addictions, substance and alcohol use, trauma therapy, simple and complex PTSD, young adults, adolescents.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have or be eligible to have own professional liability insurance

Assets

• Experience in any of the following modalities - trauma-based, somatic, mindfulness, psychodynamic, Gestalt, IFS.
