Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist at Inner Voice Therapy located in Mississauga, ON, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for treatment planning, social work, case management, mental health assessment, and family therapy. The role involves providing therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and conducting assessments to support clients' mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
• Experience in working with Individuals and/or couples.
• Expertise in psychosocial assessment, risk assessment, case conceptualization and treatment planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
