• A Master's level Social Worker (clinical designation preferred), Psychologist, or qualifying Psychologist

• Someone who gets that "trauma-informed" isn't just a buzzword on your LinkedIn profile

• A relationship whisperer who can navigate family dynamics and couple's issues with the grace of a diplomatic ninja

• Eligible for registration in Alberta and with NIHB

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (because while we love enthusiasm, we love expertise too!)
