CMHA Durham is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join the HART Hub in Oshawa. You will provide direct client care, perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and support stabilization and transition planning within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and harm-reduction approaches, with shifts at multiple locations in Oshawa and surrounding area.

Qualifikationen

• RPN with a minimum of two years mental health experience.
• Active license in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses.
• Membership with the Registered Practical Nurses Association.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care to individuals in treatment, transitional and withdrawal settings.
• Administer medications (oral, injectable, PRN) per orders and policies.
• Conduct nursing assessments, health screenings and ongoing monitoring.
• Support stabilization, withdrawal management and transitions to community care.
• Document client interactions accurately in the EMR system.
