Dialogue Technologies Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Intake Agent for a temporary, 6-month contract in Canada.

You will act as the clinical first point of contact for members requesting access to mental health services, performing brief video or phone consultations to assess needs and guide them to the right professional. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Services, you will work with a multidisciplinary team, documenting notes and outcomes, and helping to create a positive intake

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology).
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with mental health or psychosocial issues.
• Ability to listen and remain calm and empathetic in stress.

• Assess members' mental health needs and requests on the platform.
• Provide information about Dialogue's mental health professionals and triage decisions.
• Set expectations for care journeys and create a smooth intake experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve triage processes.
