A leading health authority is seeking a dedicated Mental Health & Addiction Rehabilitation Worker to support clients facing mental health and addiction challenges. The role involves providing life skills coaching, facilitating employment opportunities, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote client success in the community.

Supporting a multidisciplinary care team and assisting clients experiencing mental health, addiction, behavioral, and developmental problems to live successfully in the community, the Mental Health & Addiction Rehabilitation Worker provides life skills, coaching, advice, and support services for both individuals and group settings. This involves determining daily care needs based on an established treatment/care plan, facilitating employment opportunities, and supporting vocational and job skills training, supervision, and hands-on work and projects.
