What You’ll Do :

• Be the face of Orangetheory Fitness – welcome members & guests with energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge
• Introduce people to OTF – help new prospects understand the Orangetheory experience and guide them through their first workout
• Sell memberships (must love sales!) – connect with prospective members and help them kickstart their fitness journey
• Engage with the OTF community – answer calls, assist members, and build relationships
• Support studio operations – maintain an organized and clean studio, ensuring an exceptional member experience
• Participate in local marketing & outreach events – spread the Orange energy!

Looking for someone available to primarily open, with shifts starting at 5 : 00AM during the week & 7 : 00AM on weekends. Must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays (even better if it's both!).
