Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness, Surrey, is seeking a motivated team player to support studio operations at the front desk. You will welcome members and guests, present the Orangetheory concept to prospective clients, and help guide new intros through their first workout.

You will handle phone inquiries, provide studio tours, assist with membership sales, and participate in local marketing events while ensuring the studio remains clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or on paper.
• Ability to welcome and engage clients and present concepts to potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, known as “intros.”
• Working at the front desk including answering phones and talking to members.
• Giving studio tours and guiding intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Handling member concerns professionally with the goal of resolution.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
