Job summary

HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) invites you to join our Member Services team in a hybrid setting. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, educate members on pension concepts, and work within a fast-paced, supportive team.

We value clear communication, organization, and a positive, can-do attitude. Bilingual EN/FR is a plus as we assist Ontario healthcare workers with their retirement planning through a trusted, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Completed a college or University degree, or combination of work experience.
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written) and experience working on a team.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A “can do” positive attitude.
• Bilingual EN/FR is an asset.
