We’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy person with a strategic mindset to join our Member Contact Centre (call centre) in Regina as a Member Service Representative. As a first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing excellent member service by handling various financial inquiries and requests over the phone. Through conversations and ongoing support, you will uncover and understand member needs in order to fulfill them in a single experience.
Our Member Contact Centre is currently open 7 days a week including statutory holidays.
You are a people person who develops relationships based on understanding and trust. You have a deep knowledge of financial products and are able to clearly communicate their value. You proactively step into conversations with courage and empathy. You are curious and continually explore new paths to seek opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. You are a team player who welcomes diversity and can work effectively with others. You successfully handle multiple projects at the same time while staying committed to building your knowledge and skills.
$48,480 - $60,600 with 7% Short Term Incentive Target
