You will proactively identify member needs, refer to the right staff, and execute transactions with accuracy while upholding company standards. Responsibilities include active sales, strong service delivery, teamwork with internal partners, and participation in campaigns to grow member relationships.

Qualifications

• Above average interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Comfort with calling members and handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous transactional sales to members by phone and in person as applicable.
• Identify opportunities to expand member relationships and refer to appropriate staff.
• Complete transactions accurately and adhere to service standards.
