Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales in financial services.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service by processing branch transactions accurately.
• Assist members with Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, and ACH Manager.
• Promote and refer commercial loan products and other lines of business.
